1. We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. Once your return request is approved by our team, you’ll receive a confirmation email on your registered email address. Your order will then be scheduled for pickup by our logistics partner within 24–48 hours.
2. Once your order reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check. After approval, your return request will be processed further.
3. For all approved return orders, refunds will be issued back to your original payment method once the Quality Check (QC) is cleared. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been initiated, and the refund process will be completed within 7 days.
4. Please ensure that the product(s) are returned in the same condition as shipped. Items returned in poor condition or showing clear signs of wear will not be eligible for return.
5. If any issue still persists, kindly drop us an email with your name and order ID at info@alienblues.com. Our team is available Monday–Saturday, 11:30 AM – 7:00 PM IST, and all pending queries will be resolved within 24 hours.
6. Order cancellations are only permitted on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, and only if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
7. All prepaid orders are final. We do not offer cancellations for prepaid orders.
